Our core community partners receive 500 shares each with the same financial and voting rights as the founder and investors.
This entitles them to dividends and a payout in the event SOMOS is sold.
Whenever a customer subscribes to SOMOS, £10 of their fee is donated to grassroots work.
£5 to a project of their choice and £5 to our Impact Fund.
In addition, we donate another 1% of any extra SOMOS revenue to our Impact Fund, which is then divided equally among our core community partners 😄
