We include tools and communities that align with our values: privacy-respecting, fairer to creators, community-owned, or mission-led. Some we use ourselves — others come highly recommended by the responsible tech or social impact community.
Where possible, we’ve marked which tools or services we actively use. Others are either on our wishlist, recommended by trusted peers, or shared by SOMOS community members.
We’re open to thoughtful feedback. If something listed contradicts the values SOMOS aims to uphold, let us know — and ideally share context or alternatives. We’re learning too.
